Applications are invited for a two-year BBSRC-funded postdoctoral research fellowship on attention, eye movements, and visual perception in the School of Psychology, University of Aberdeen, Scotland, under the supervision of Dr. Amelia Hunt.

A PhD in psychology or related discipline and a solid track-record in research established by published work in peer-reviewed journals are required for the post. Programming skills (in matlab or similar) and experience with eye movements and patient populations would be an advantage.

The Vision and Attention Research Laboratories at the University of Aberdeen (http://www.abdn.ac.uk/vision/index.html) are equipped with state-of-the-art psychophysics workstations, high-resolution eye movement monitors, an EEG lab, and established connections with Grampian Universities Hospitals Trust to access clinical populations. The School of Psychology is a center for world-class research on a charming 500-year old campus. Aberdeen is a prosperous, vibrant, and globally-connected city in a beautiful natural setting.
