PhD-stipend at University of Wollongong, Australia
A fully funded PhD position is available on Perception and High Resolution
fMRI of Early Visual Cortex. It will be starting ass soon as possible in
the lab of Mark Schira at the University of Wollongong. (
The research topic will focus on Retinotopic Mapping and modeling of early
visual cortex. We have developed a complete simulation from visual stimulus
to predicted BOLD responses (stimBOLD,
http://jov.arvojournals.org/article.aspx?articleid=2433691), and the
student will work on testing and improving of the model using high
resolution fMRI and modeling.
