[visionlist] Program for MODVIS 2017 now available

The program for the 6th annual VSS satellite workshop on Computational 
and Mathematical Models in Vision (MODVIS) is now complete, and can be 
downloaded at 
http://docs.lib.purdue.edu/modvis/modvis_schedule_2017.pdf. Registration 
is now open, and discounted rates are available through the end of March.
