​Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Openings in Psychology

The School of Social Sciences at NTU invites applications for three tenure-track Assistant Professorships in Developmental Psychology, Biological Psychology, and Ageing Studies. Psychology is a major programme in SSS. It attracts excellent students to its BA, MA, and PhD degree programmes, and it also provides General Elective Courses for the entire university community.

Selection will be based on evidence of potential for high-quality research and effective teaching. Relevant post-doctoral experience may be an advantage. Candidates should possess a Ph.D.

The successful candidate is expected to teach and develop courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including General Education courses, as well as supervise graduate students and undergraduate projects.

For the Developmental Psychology position, candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology or a related field.

For the Biological Psychology position, candidates should possess a PhD in Biological Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related field.

For the Ageing Studies position, candidates should possess a PhD in Psychology, Gerontology or a related field.
