PostDoc and PhD positions are available in the area of Deep Learning for
developing an Artificial Intelligence powered State of the Art Radiology
Screening System at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IITKGP),
India.

The project focusses on developing deep neural network architectures and
learning algorithms including adversarial and reinforcement learning for
high-throughput screening of radiographs including but not limited to x-ray
mammograms, chest x-rays, lung CT scans and bone x-rays. These developments
would be optimised for deployment across large centralised hospitals and
primary care centres as well as for enabling AI based screening at remote
healthcare centres without access to resident radiologists, to tackle the
outreach issues in India, alike low- and middle income countries (LMIC) and
the world.

The PostDoc and the PhD candidates will benefit from the expertise of deep
learning research for medical image analysis available within the research
group at the investigators from IIT Kharagpur and Intel.
