Dear colleague,

We are pleased to announce the 12th edition of the Rovereto workshop on
Concepts, Actions and Objects (CAOs), taking place at the Center for
Mind/Brain Sciences, May 3-5, 2018, in Rovereto, Italy.

   - Michael McCloskey, Johns Hopkins University, USA
   - Josef Rauschecker, Georgetown University, USA
   - Nicole Rust, University of Pennsylvania, USA
   - Nicholas Turk-Browne, Yale University, USA
   - Shimon Ullman, Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel


*Registration for the workshop is now open*. Please note that there are a
limited number of places (~120), which will be assigned on a first come,
first served basis. To secure your place, please register here:

The Rovereto workshop provides a unique forum for researchers from a range
of perspectives who are interested in Concepts, Actions, and Objects to
come together to discuss their research and develop new directions and
collaborations. There are a small number of speakers (all invited) as well
as poster sessions. *Abstract submission for poster presentations closes on
the 19th of March 2018*. The five best abstracts with a student or postdoc
as first author will receive a 200 euro award. (note that you can register
now and submit an abstract later, always before the deadline: 19th of March
2018).

The CAOs workshop is sponsored by the Center for Mind/Brain Sciences,
University of Trento, Italy
