The Workshop on Computer Vision for Microscopy Image Analysis (CVMI) will be held on June 22nd, 2018 in conjunction with the CVPR 2018 conference.

This workshop will bring together computer vision experts from academia, industry, and government who have made progress in developing computer vision tools for microscopy image analysis. It will provide a comprehensive forum on this topic and foster in-depth discussion of technical and application issues. It will also serve as an introduction to researchers and students curious about this important and fertile field. We aim for broad scope, topics of interest include but are not limited to:

Image capture
Image restoration
Object detection
Segmentation
Registration
Event detection
Object tracking
Shape analysis
Texture analysis
Classification
Big image data to knowledge
Image datasets and benchmarking

The paper submission has closed. There will be a section set aside in the poster session for 'Work-in-Progress' poster presentations. Note that such posters and presentations will not be included in the CVPR proceedings for publication. This is an opportunity for researchers who would like visibility and feedback on preliminary investigations. Interested parties please submit a one-page abstract by April 23, 11:59pm, Pacific Time.
