[visionlist] New Article Alerts at Journal of Vision

Journal of Vision has recently revamped and upgraded their new paper alerts. 

To receive a weekly email alert of new Journal of Vision articles:

	• Click on "SIGN IN" at the top of any Journal of Vision <https://jov.arvojournals.org/> page.
	• Select "Create an Account" from the menu.
	• Provide username, password and email address on the registration page.
	• Under the Journal of Vision heading, check  “Alert me with new content”

These accounts are only used to provide journal alerts, and alerts can be canceled at any time.
