We invite you to contribute to the 16th IEEE <https://www.ieee.org/> International Conference on Advanced Video and Signal-based Surveillance (AVSS), to be held September 18-21 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan, hosted by the University of Taipei <http://www.utaipei.edu.tw/bin/home.php?Lang=en> (See Venue <http://www.cs.albany.edu/AVSS2019/venue.html> page for more information).
IEEE International Conference on Advanced Video and Signal-based Surveillance (AVSS) is the leading conference venue for the underlying theory, methods, systems, and applications of video and signal based surveillance. Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality full papers representing original results in all areas of video and signal-based surveillance. Submissions and final papers are limited to 6 pages in double-column IEEE format, including figures, tables, and references . Accepted papers are published in the conference proceedings that will be also available in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
