[visionlist] Cognitive Science Master program in Moscow Russia

Dear colleagues,

Master's program of 'Cognitive Sciences and Technologies: From Neuron to
Cognition' (www.hse.ru/en/ma/cogito/) at HSE University (National Research
University Higher School of Economics) in Mocow, Russa is now open. The
program is fully taught in English.

There are a few positions with tuition-waiver. This tuition-waiver is
considered for applications submitted before Mar/31.
There are several positions with tuition-discount. The tuition-discount is
considered for all applications and the deadline is Aug/20.
Note that we are reviewing applications and decisions on them serially.
These positions can be filled up earlier than the deadlines.

Note that our program requires some additional materials (a) compared to a
standard application set of HSE University (b). Please check both pages
