GTA/PhD Openings in Computer Science @ Edge Hill University, UK. Our research includes, but is not limited to social robotics, artificial intelligence, computer/robot/machine vision, action/activity/behaviour recognition and monitoring, and human-robot interaction.

There is also three GTA/PhD Openings in Centre for Data Science STEM Research including Computer Vision for crop monitoring, robotic farm machinery, land cover type classifications and environmental monitoring (closing date: Thursday 31 January 2019). The details are at

Salary package in the region of £18,800 per annum. This includes a combined salary of £9,000 per annum (for teaching/support to teaching as appropriate), full waiver of postgraduate tuition fees as well as a scholarship of £5,500 per annum or free single room postgraduate student accommodation on campus (subject to availability).
