      11th Int'l Symposium on Image and Signal Processing and Analysis
                  Dubrovnik, Croatia, September 23-25, 2019

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in ISPA 2019, which will
be organized in Dubrovnik, Croatia. ISPA 2019 is a bi-annual international
symposium in the field of image, video, and signal processing and analysis.
ISPA 2019 is organized in cooperation IEEE Signal Processing Society and
IEEE Croatia Section. The scientific program of the symposium consists of
invited lectures, regular papers, and posters. The aim of the symposium is
to foster interaction of researchers and exchange of new ideas. Prospective
authors are invited to submit their manuscripts reporting original work,
and proposals for special sessions.
