Call for participation in TRECVID 2019 is now available at:

We are actively continuing the content-based Ad-hoc Video Search (AVS),
Instance Video Search (INS), Video-to-Text (VTT) and Activities detection
(ActEV). Please share and feel free to ask any questions. We look forward
to a very productive video analysis year!

Organizations wishing to participate in TRECVID 2019 must respond to this
call for participation by submitting an online application by 1 April.
Please only apply if you are able and fully intend to complete the work for
at least one task. The application URL is:
