[visionlist] ICIP 2019 Challenge on Point Cloud Coding

Dear Colleagues,

If you are involved in developing point cloud coding solutions, then please consider submitting your latest work to the ICIP 2019 Challenge on Point Cloud Coding. This challenge is associated with the 2019 IEEE International Conference on Image Processing to be held in Taipei, Taiwan and is an excellent way to showcase what you have achieved and test your algorithms against other state of the art solutions.
