[visionlist] Circular harmonic decomposition - 2D Image

May be you could help me with the following. I am trying to implement the
decomposition of a 2D grey-scale image, into its *circular harmonics*
components.

It seems this decomposition is a quite old establised one so far but I
haven't found any software implementation of it.

I would be particularly interested in a MATLAB implementation of this
decomposition.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
