A postdoctoral position is open in the Perception, Action & Cognition (PAC)
lab led by Dr. Joo-Hyun Song, Department of Cognitive, Linguistic &
Psychological Sciences (CLPS) at Brown University (Providence, RI).

We investigate the underlying mechanisms involved in integrating
visually-guided action and higher-order cognitive processes such as
decision-making, visual memory, and attention as well as visuomotor
learning, using techniques of psychophysics, behavioral measurements of eye
and arm movement trajectories, functional neuroimaging (fMRI) and EEG.
General information about the lab’s research interests can be found

We are seeking highly qualified individuals with a Ph.D. in a relevant
field (e.g., Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science) and shared
interests in the core research area. Experience with fMRI and/or EEG is
highly desirable. Experience with online reaching and eye movement tracking
or other techniques such as TMS is also welcome.

Excellent programming skills are essential (e.g. Matlab, Unix). Expertise
in advanced statistics or computational methods is also desirable.

To apply, please send a CV, a brief statement of research interests, and
the names of three references. Questions and/or application materials
should be emailed to joo-hyun_song at brown.edu.
