[Rufin Vogels]

The Laboratorium voor Neuro-en Psychofysiologie of the Division of Neurophysiology at KULeuven, Leuven, Belgium, has an open ph.d. position, funded for 4 years. The work involves monkey fMRI and single unit recordings in temporal visual cortex of trained, awake behaving monkeys, studying the neural processes underlying face and body perception. The candidate should have programming skills, including knowledge of MATLAB, and experience in analyzing fMRI data (e.g. SPM). Spoken and written English skills should be excellent.
