A postdoc position is available to work on perceptual studies with Patrick Cavanagh at Glendon College in Toronto, the bilingual campus of York University. The postdoctoral student will collaborate in designing and running experiments on motion and position perception. 

Training in vision research is important, as is programming proficiency, either Matlab or Python. Glendon is a small campus a 30 minute free shuttle ride away from the main York campus. The successful candidate will participate in studies at Glendon and in the seminars and events of the Centre for Vision Research at the main campus. Facilities for MRI and EEG are available at the main campus .

Patrick Cavanagh will be at VSS for any applicants who would like to have an interview there.  Applications should be sent preferably before July 1st, 2020, but later applications will be considered until the position is filled. Net salary is a minimum of $3,000 CDN per month, according to York standards. The appointment is for one year, renewable once.
