[visionlist] Matlab --> online Experiments

Dear all,

my lab has it's own testing platform to not be reliant on any specific
software. This also solves any issues related to hosting, deploying and
storing the acquired data. At the moment we have implemented visual tasks
eg 1-to-n matching, old/new recognition, image sorting.

If anyone is interested, please feel free to contact Neil Docherty (in cc),
who developed our solution.

Best
Meike Ramon
