Based on the paper, LambdaNet: A Fully Convolutional Architecture for Directional Change Detection, this complimentary 45-minute seminar presented by Bryan Blakeslee (Rochester Institute of Technology), was the best paper winner for the Web & Mobile World Best Paper Award sponsored by HP, Inc.
