Satellite Event Applications Are Due by Monday, March 22

 

Requests to host a satellite event at V-VSS 2021 are due this Monday! 

 

A satellite is an event held during the V-VSS meeting but is not an official VSS event. V-VSS 2021 Satellites are 1-2 hours in length and may be presented twice at the meeting to target different time zones. Examples of satellite events include special interest group meetings, user group meetings, committee meetings, workshops, tutorials, social events, or scientific meetings.

 

All satellites must be approved by VSS. An application form must be completed and submitted by March 22. Scheduling is at the discretion of the VSS Board of Directors. 

 

Organizers must be a current VSS members, a non-profit organization, or a V-VSS Sponsor.
