CALL FOR ABSTRACTS!

The Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology seeks abstracts for The Eye and The Chip 12th world research congress.  We will focus once again on nano-electronic neuro-prosthetic devices to implant in the eye or the brain of persons now blind to afford them some level of useful vision.

We seek abstracts from:
      Clinicians working with patients already implanted with or planning to receive a visual nano-

electronic prosthetic device
      Scientists working on the coding of neural tissue in the eye and or the brain
      Bioengineers working on improvement of electronic devices to implant in the eye or the brain
      Workers in the field of artificial vision achieved via implantable electronic chip technology

Abstract Submission Deadline: June 1, 2021
