*Ph.D. position jointly supervised by Drs. Cecilia Alm and Reynold Bailey
at Rochester Institute of Technology*

We invite students interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in Computing and
Information Sciences in the area of multimodal human-sensing AI systems to
send a statement of interest and a CV/resume by email to rjb at cs.rit.edu and
coagla at rit.edu. If you are selected for an interview, we will contact you.

Expected background includes: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a
computational, engineering, mathematics, or cognitive science discipline,
with evidence of background in programming and statistics.

Undergraduate research experience and/or experience in one or more of the
following is preferred: signal processing, machine learning, human-computer
interaction, or an AI field.

Statements of interest from underrepresented students, female students, and
students with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
