The submission deadline for the Vision Sciences Society (VSS) satellite
workshop on Computational and Mathematical Models in Vision (MODVIS) is
next Monday, March 21st. MODVIS '22 will be a 1.5 day workshop, beginning
the morning of Thursday, May 12th, and concluding midday on Friday, May
13th, just before the start of the main VSS meeting. For complete details,
please visit the workshop website here
<https://www.purdue.edu/conferences/events/modvis/index.php>. This year's
workshop will feature a keynote lecture by George Sperling.

To present at MODVIS '22, submit a one-page extended abstract using the
link on the workshop webpage. Extended abstracts should be a single-page
PDF file, which may contain text, graphics, equations, or anything else
that you would like to include as long as it fits on a single page. The
extended abstracts will be published in Purdue's ePubs system.

MODVIS talks slots are longer than a standard VSS talk, typically 25-30
minutes depending on the number of submissions, allowing time for in-depth
presentation of technical details. MODVIS is a small, intimate workshop in
which discussion during talks for the purpose of clarification is
encouraged.

Hope to see you there - happy modeling!

On behalf of the MODVIS organizing committee,
Jeff Mulligan, freelance vision scientist
Zyg Pizlo, UC Irvine
Anne Sereno, Purdue
Qasim Zaidi, SUNY Optometry
