Two Non-Tenure-Track Lecturer positions in Psychological Science

The Department of Cognitive Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute invites applicants for two non-tenure track positions in the Psychological Science program for the 2022-23 academic year.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in psychology or a closely related field at the time of appointment. Applicants should have a strong desire and commitment to teaching and student support primarily at the undergraduate level. Experience in undergraduate-level teaching is strongly preferred.

Teaching responsibilities include offering three 4-credit courses per semester.  One lecturer will be expected to teach Introduction to Psychological Science, Research Methods and Statistics I, Behavioral Neuroscience, and Sensation & Perception.  The other lecturer will be expected to teach Social Psychology, Personality, Developmental Psychology, and Learning.
