May 23 is the Last Day to Upload Your Poster PDFs and Optional Videos and to
Select Your V-VSS Poster Session
 


Attention Poster Presenters
 
The information below applies to all poster presenters at VSS and V-VSS.
 
All poster presenters at VSS and V-VSS must upload a PDF of your poster by May
23, 2022. You can find instructions about uploading on your poster presentation
page (your poster presentation page is the page on the VSS website where you
will upload and access your presentation files).  
 
In addition to uploading the PDF of your poster:
 
*    If you are a V-VSS poster presenter, you are required to schedule yourself
into a V-VSS Poster Session. 
 
*    If you are a VSS poster presenter, you have the option to schedule yourself
into a V-VSS Poster Session. We encourage you to do so for the benefit of those
attendees who could not travel to VSS but are able to attend V-VSS. 
 
Scheduling poster sessions is now open and will close on May 23, 2022. If you
are a 
V-VSS Poster presenter, you must schedule your poster session by this date
otherwise your poster will be withdrawn and your abstract will not be published
in JOV. 
 
You may change your scheduled poster sessions up until May 23. No changes can be
made after that date. 
 
You can schedule your poster presentation at any one of the six available V-VSS
Poster Sessions. You “stand” at your virtual poster by being online during your
poster session so that attendees can video chat with you. The Video Chat link
for your presentation will be available on your V-VSS poster presentation page.
The attendees (and you) can use the link to join your video chat. 
 
To Schedule Your Poster into a V-VSS Poster Session
1. Log in to your MyVSS Account. 
2. Click View My Abstract to go to your poster presentation page. 
3. In the section titled Schedule Your V-VSS Poster Presentation, select the
V-VSS Poster Session in which you would like to present and click Schedule. 
4. You will receive a confirmation email of your selection.
