[visionlist] Deadline for early registration–Optica Fall Vision Meeting

Dear Visionlist,

On behalf of the Optica Fall Vision Meeting Program Committee I would like
to urge you to register for the meeting early (on or before 9 October 2022)
to take advantage of the early registration fees.

If you register on or before Sunday October 9th, the fees are: $150 for
postdocs and students, $300 for all others, and $150 for one-day passes.


If you register after that deadline, the fees rise to *$200 for postdocs
and students, $375 for all others, and $200 for one-day passes*.


There is an additional $75 fee for the Saturday evening banquet in either
case.

We are very excited about this year’s in-person meeting, which will feature
three award lectures and twenty invited talks, along with twelve
contributed talks and more than fifty posters. Travel and lodging

There will be no remote access to the meeting, although abstracts will be
available at the meeting site within the next few weeks and published in
Journal of Vision in the winter.

Seats at the banquet are limited and will be distributed on a first-come,
first-served basis. If you would like to attend the banquet, please
register soon.

Please note that fees are not paid at the time of registration. Credit card
payment must be done in person upon arrival at the meeting, during badge
pick-up. Advance payments may be made by mailing a check; instructions are
on the registration page.
