Sorry folks, the original message had the wrong link for the website. The
correct one is https://www.purdue.edu/conferences/events/modvis/, as now
shown below.

We are pleased to announce that MODVIS 2023 will take place in person, just
preceding VSS, on May 18-19. We will announce a call for abstracts as soon
as our website is ready to accept them. We are currently planning on a 1.5
day workshop, like in 2022. We have the option to extend the workshop to
2.5 days, as was the case before the COVID pandemic, but will not do this
unless we know for sure that the additional speaking slots will be filled.
Therefore we are asking potential presenters to let us know *by November
18th* if they are certain or likely to submit, so that we can get a rough
idea of how many speaking slots will be needed. We will make an
announcement on November 21st if-and-only-if a third day will be added.

We are considering having *one invited symposium* this year, and would
welcome suggestions with title and possible speakers that should be sent
via email to the organizers.

website at https://www.purdue.edu/conferences/events/modvis/.

Happy Modeling!
