We are pleased to announce the eighth edition of the Rovereto Attention
Workshop - RAW 2023.

WHERE and WHEN: The workshop will be held in Rovereto, Italy on October 26-28, 2023.

WHAT: The topic of RAW 2023 will be “Interaction of cortical and subcortical mechanisms”.

Several awards for non-faculty will be available.

Workshop website: https://event.unitn.it/cimec-raw/

The goal of RAW is to provide a unique forum for researchers from a range
of perspectives to come together to discuss their research and develop new
directions and collaborations. The workshop differs from larger conferences
in so far as there are a small number of speakers (all invited) and there
are no concurrent talks. In addition to the individual talks, there will be
a poster session for students, post-docs and young researchers to present
their work. The workshop is hosted by the CIMeC (Center for Mind/Brain
Sciences), University of Trento.

The workshop has a limited number of available places. Potential attendees
are encouraged to register online as soon as possible.

Invited speakers:

Okihide Hikosaka, NIH (USA)

Rich Krauzlis, NIH (USA)

Cynthia Moss, Johns Hopkins University (USA)

Andreas Nieder, University of Tübingen (Germany)

Rafael Polania, ETH Zürich (Switzerland)

Barbara Shinn-Cunningham, Carnegie Mellon University (USA)
