Summary : The Vision Group is looking for an enthusiastic vision scientist to support the development of ground breaking imaging and display solutions and technologies for future Apple products. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the development, prototyping, and seamless execution of technologies to enable the best front-of-screen user experience of Apple products including Vision Pro, iPhone, iPad, Watch, Mac and more. The team features a highly collaborative and hands-on environment that fosters scientific and engineering excellence, creativity, and innovation in the interdisciplinary areas of vision science, image processing, color science, neuroscience, and optics.

Key Qualifications

Strong background in mathematical/computational modeling of vision
Knowledge of linear systems theory, Fourier analysis, and digital filtering
Proficiency in Python, Mathematica, MATLAB or similar simulation and modeling tools
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or similar
Basic understanding of digital imaging and display software and hardware
Strong analytical & critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
