The LQVD Workshop aims to provide an international platform for researchers
from academia and industry to come together and share their work and
experiences handling practical challenges in low-quality visual data as
well as discuss potential solutions to push forward the advancements of
vision technologies.

This workshop is soliciting papers in, but not limited to, the following
areas:

   - Analysis and understanding of low-quality visual data;
   - Image/video quality assessment and metrification;
   - Image/video optimization for downstream tasks;
   - Low-quality vision applications (inclusive of satellite images,
   medical images, incomplete images, etc.);
   - Deep learning techniques for low-quality visual data understanding;
   - Data augmentation and generation for low-quality data synthesis;
   - Low-quality visual data enhancement and restoration;
   - Datasets for low-quality vision tasks (collection procedures and
   benchmarking).

Important dates for submitting a paper to the workshop:

   - Workshop Paper Submission Deadline: 27th September 2023 3rd October
   2023* 10th October 2023*
   - Notification of Workshop Paper Acceptance: 20th October 2023
   - Camera-Ready Workshop Paper Submission Deadline: 22nd October 2023
