Special Issue "Recent Advances in Computer Vision for Assisted Living"

Image and Vision Computing journal

 

Dear colleague,

 

I would like to bring your attention to a Special Issue on "Recent Advances
in Computer Vision for Assisted Living" in the Image and Vision Computing
Journal.

 

The aim of the proposed special issue is to promote research, reflect the
most recent advances, and provide a stage for worldwide researchers from
computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning, pattern
recognition for assisted living solutions, with an emphasis on the following
aspects, but certainly not limited to:

*	Computer vision for assisted living
*	Machine learning and deep learning for assisted living
*	Gesture and action recognition
*	Gait analysis
*	Human behavior analysis
*	Daily living activity recognition
*	Fall detection and prevention
*	Users' privacy preferences in context-aware solutions

 

Important Dates:

*	Final Manuscript Submission Deadline: May 15th, 2024
*	Editorial Acceptance Deadline: September 15th, 2024
