[visionlist] ACM SAP 2024 Deadline is April 25

The ACM SAP 2024 paper submission deadline is approaching. In short, we are
calling for long 8-page or short 4-page submissions of research papers
related to the topic of Applied Perception.

Abstract submission is required (18 April), and the submission deadline is
25 April.
