[visionlist] Call for Expression of Interest for a 1.5 years Postdoc Position (University of Aberdeen, Scotland)

Dear all,

We will soon open a call for a 1.5-year postdoc position (www.manassilab.com<http://www.manassilab.com>) at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) in collaboration with Prof Greg Francis from Purdue University (US).

The ideal postdoctoral candidate should be interested in the study of serial effects in visual perception (serial dependence, negative aftereffect) and have a Ph.D. in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or related discipline, a promising track record of research in psychophysics, and strong programming and analysis skills (preferably Matlab, Python, or R). Expertise in computational modelling is desirable but not a must. The project will provide an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated post-doctoral researcher to work in a productive, collaborative, and research-focused environment.
