[visionlist] 2 PhD positions available on visual attention

Dear all,

I have two PhD positions available investigating visual attention. Naturally, I’m looking for excellent students with demonstrable affinity for cognitive research, and who come with programming, experimenting, analytic, and communicative skills (or the learning skills to rapidly pick these up).
Location: Cognitive Psychology section, Dept of Experimental and Applied Psychology, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 4 years (initially 1 year, + 3 after positive evaluation)
PI: Chris Olivers

The positions are fully salaried and come with additional perks such as a 13th month.
Living standards in The Netherlands are generally high, and English is the lingua franca in our department.
