We invite researchers and academics to contribute to our special issue titled "The Effects of Exercise on Physical Characteristics". This issue aims to explore the physiological, biomechanical, and morphological changes induced by various types of exercise. It covers both the general population and specific groups such as athletes, older adults, and individuals with chronic conditions. We also welcome research on changes that may help prevent eye health issues, including sports vision, which is essential for athlete performance.

Exercise is pivotal in physical health, from enhancing muscle strength and cardiovascular health to preventing eye diseases and improving bone density. We encourage the scientific community to submit innovative studies and comprehensive reviews addressing these impacts. The goal is to understand better how exercise interventions can be optimized to improve health and physical performance.
