Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee of the Biophotonics for Eye Research
(BER) summer school @Sedoptica 2025 <https://ber.sedoptica.es/> (BER2025)
we would like to invite you to participate in the upcomming edition (June
2025).

BER is a scientific meeting dealing with aspects of the Physics and
Engineering of the human eye, whose main objectives are the training of new
generations of researchers in Visual Optics, as well as promoting
relationships between research groups. The last edition of this summer
school was held in Jaca in 2023 (full program
<https://www.sedoptica.es/comites_SEDO/vision/archivos/BER2023_programme_FINAL_ISBN.pdf>
), with a great participation of students, researchers, and institutions,
as well as the most representative companies in the sector.
The next edition will be held in *Granada from June 4-6, 2025*.
The program will include master classes, invited talks followed by time for
discussion and interaction between researchers of all scientific
categories, as well as presentations of scientific contributions.
The interaction between basic science and the latest technological
developments to solve problems in the physics of vision will be the driving
force of the meeting.
Students and young researchers will be able to present their work in
sessions for this purpose. BER2025 is an in-person event and the language
of the event is English.
Registration for BER2025 is required. BER2025 will cover the hosting and
lodging during the conference, but transport to the venue of the conference
is the responsibility of speakers and attendees.
