We are pleased to announce the Special Issue “The Effects of Exercise on Physical Characteristics” in the journal Applied Sciences (ISSN 2076-3417, IF 2.7), within the Biomedical Engineering section.

This Special Issue welcomes original research articles and reviews.
Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the role of exercise under the following parameters:
Muscle hypertrophy and bone density
Eye health
Cardiovascular health
Metabolic adaptations
Visual adaptations
Sports vision
Mitigating age-related physical decline
