We are pleased to invite submissions to the Poster and Demo Tracks of the ACM Symposium on Spatial User Interaction (SUI 2025).

Posters
The ACM Symposium on Spatial User Interaction invites researchers and practitioners to submit their poster describing work in progress, novel ideas or systems, or late breaking results and prototypes that are relevant to all conference topics, with a focus on spatial interaction for virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, and for pervasive, intelligent/smart and real environments.
Poster presentation sessions are part of this year’s in-person conference, aiming to foster interactive discussion between presenters and attendees. During these sessions, authors have the opportunity to orally present a brief summary of their work to all attendees.

• Submission Due: Thursday, August 14, 2025
• Notifications: Thursday, August 28, 2025
• Camera-Ready Deadline: Monday, September 8, 2025

Demos
We invite you to showcase implementations of novel and compelling interaction concepts, techniques, devices and systems. We particularly encourage highly interactive demos and creative experiences, ranging from novel wearables, web systems, prototype devices and commercial products, to XR and large interactive installations. All topics that are directly or indirectly relevant to spatial user interactions and interfaces are welcome. This year we will also be seeking research prototypes to respond to current challenges in HCI and XR, related to spatial interactions, input and output, as well as creative experiences combining novel multi-sensing and -modal techniques and/or volumetric, 3D data.
All demo submissions go through a  light peer-review process. The demo chairs will announce recommendations for presentation formats, logistics and provide early access for technical setup before the conference.
