ACM VRST 2025 Poster and Demo submission are now open on PCS!

All accepted posters and demos will be published in the ACM Digital Library.

Important Dates:

  *   Posters and Demos Due: September 5, 2025
  *   Authors notifications: September 12, 2025
  *   Revised Papers and Posters/Demos recommended from Paper Track Due: September 19, 2025
  *   Final author notifications: September 23, 2025
  *   Camera-Ready: September 26, 2025
  *   Conference: November 12-14, 2025 in Montreal, Canada

Please use the Precision Conferences System (PCS<https://new.precisionconference.com/vrst2025>) to submit your work. After clicking the link, please choose “SIGCHI” from the “Society” drop-down list, then “VRST 2025” from the “Conference/Journal” drop-down list.

Format:

  *   Latex: up to 2 pages, double column, including references
  *   Word: approx. 1,300 words including space for figures, tables, etc.
