Dear colleagues (sorry for cross-posting),

We are pleased to announce that registration for the 31st ACM Symposium on Virtual Reality Software and Technology (VRST 2025) is now open! This year, we also offer a joint registration option with ACM SUI 2025, allowing participants to attend both conferences with a single registration.

VRST 2025 Registration Fees (CAD):
(Early Bird by Sept 30 / Regular by Nov 7 / Onsite by Nov 14)
• ACM Professional Member: $800 / $1,000 / $1,300
• Non-Member: $900 / $1,300 / $1,600 • ACM Student Member: $470 / $550 / $850
• Student Non-Member: $550 / $650 / $950

 Joint VRST + SUI Registration Fees (CAD):
(Early Bird by Sept 30 / Regular by Nov 7 / Onsite by Nov 14)
• ACM Professional Member: $1,150 / $1,350 / $1,500
 • Non-Member: $1,350 / $1,500 / $1,700
 • ACM Student Member: $700 / $850 / $1,000
• Student Non-Member: $850 / $1,000 / $1,150

 Notes:
• Registration includes lunch, two coffee breaks per day, and access to the reception on Tuesday, November 11.
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Visa Invitation Letters:
• During registration, select “I will need an invitation letter for visa” if required.
• ACM will issue official invitation letters once registration is completed.

Author Registration Requirements:
• At least one author per accepted paper must register at the full conference rate (student rates do not qualify).
• A single full registration can cover multiple papers if authored by the same person.
• Authors with accepted papers in both VRST and SUI must register for dual conference registration.
