This is a friendly reminder that the submission deadline for the Pitch Your
Lab session at ISMAR 2025 is approaching soon!

The session offers an opportunity for both academic and industry labs in XR
(AR/MR/VR), 3D User Interfaces, and related areas to showcase their teams,
projects, and facilities to the international community.

Submission deadline: September 19, 2025
Notification of acceptance: September 22, 2025
