Interested in doing cutting edge research in computer vision/machine
learning and in developing foundation models for surgery ?
We have two PhD positions open in the CAMMA research group, Strasbourg,
France. They aim to develop novel computer vision/artificial
intelligence approaches to analyze surgical activities in videos at
scale using large language/video models, semantic graph modeling and /or
self-supervised learning.
The research will be carried out with top-notch international clinical
collaborators and result in novel video modeling methods that can
transform surgical practices and surgical safety.
The positions are fully funded by my ERC Consolidator project CompSURG
and by my ENACT AI Chair.
