Dear Colleagues,


We are pleased to announce the* Call for Workshops *for the 2026 ACM
Symposium on Eye Tracking Research & Applications (ETRA), to be held
in *Marrakech,
Morocco, June 1-4, 2026*. ETRA 2026 aims to bring together researchers and
practitioners from diverse fields to advance eye tracking research.

We invite proposals for workshops that will provide focused venues for
presenting specialized research and fostering discussions on emerging
challenges in eye tracking. Workshops can be either full-day (6 hours) or
half-day (3 hours). Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by workshop
chairs.


Important Dates (AoE/Anywhere on Earth):

- Workshop proposals due: December 1st, 2025

- Notifications of acceptance: December 15th, 2025

- Workshop webpage online: December 22nd, 2025


Workshop formats may include:

- Mini-conferences on specialized topics

- Practical and panel-based workshops

- Project-centric workshops

- Mini-competitions or hackathons


This year, for each accepted ETRA workshop, papers will be published as
part of the ETRA Workshop Proceedings (in ACM DL). ACM has noticed open
access policy (see below ACM NOTICE), all authors should recognise the
policy before submission. Workshop organisers should mind to suggest in
their CFPS.

Workshop organizers also can determine a page limit for their workshop,
with 8 pages (ACM single column template, plus references) as a maximum.
All submissions must go through one review cycle (at least 3 reviewers).
