[visionlist] [postdoc offer] Generative Models of Full Body CT Volumes

The Imagine team at ENPC, Paris, has an opened postdoctoral position, funded by the Gallen project in close collaboration with the TheraPanacea company, for 1 year but potentially extendable.  The task will be to develop a generative model, based on Flow Matching or Diffusion, able of synthesizing CT volumes for any selected part of the human body.  A robust, full-body generative model serves as a foundational tool for numerous clinical applications, most notably in low-radiation imaging protocols and radiotherapy planning based on radiation simulations.

However, acquired CT volumes contained only partial views of the patients. It is therefore not possible to train a vanilla generative method directly. The approach will therefore be to develop a training method that is able to exploit a collection of partial captured CT volumes.
