[visionlist] Call for Special Session Proposals – ACM Multimedia Asia 2026

Dear colleagues,
We invite you to submit Special Session proposals for ACM Multimedia Asia 2026, to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, December 15–18, 2026.
This year, we particularly welcome sessions related to the main theme of MMAsia 2026: "AI-Native Multimedia Systems for Emerging Digital Economies." Proposals on other cross-disciplinary research topics are also highly encouraged.
The Special Session proposal should include:
A title for the Special Session, and the names and contact information of the organizers;
A brief description of the rationale, timeliness, and motivation for the session (up to one page);
Brief biographies of the session organizer(s);
A list of 4–5 tentative papers, including titles, authors, and short abstracts.
Proposal submission deadline: July 22, 2026 (AoE).
