<p class="MsoNormal"><u>Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Visuomotor
Neuroscience<o:p></o:p></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Available immediately in Doug Crawford’s
Visuomotor
Neuroscience lab, York University, Toronto, Canada <a

Candidates are
invited to apply for a post-doc position involving 1) cortical
recordings in non-human
primates engaged in head-unrestrained reaching, and/or 2)
functional imaging /
TMS studies of visually-guided reaching in humans. Key research
topics include
visual-motor integration, visual working memory, spatial
transformations, and
multi-joint coordination.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Successful Post-Doc will be provided with
a salary of
$50,000/yr, with some benefits, until at least September 2018,
with opportunity
to renew (pending expected project grant renewal). Qualified
post-docs will also be eligible

<p class="MsoNormal">Candidates should have received a PhD in a
Neuroscience-related topic within 3 years of the start date.
Candidates should
have a good knowledge of vision, cognitive neuroscience, and
sensorimotor
control. Experience with primate electrophysiology, behavioral
recordings, and/or human neuroimaging is desirable, as
well as strengths in programming and computational neuroscience.
