<p class="MsoNormal">A postdoctoral/Research Associate position is available at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In this project, we will examine the retinal neural basis of the feedback mechanism that control ocular growth. You will be expected to perform
ex-vivo experiments using multielectrode array to characterize the light-evoked electrical signals of the retina in response to complex optical stimuli. The project will be embedded in the research theme “Biomechanical and multiomics characterization of ocular
tissues during myopic development”.<br>
<br>
Preference will be given to candidates with a MSc or PhD in electrophysiology, neuroscience or a related field, who have a strong motivation to pursue a scientific career. Experience with multi-electrode array, patch clamp and electroretinogram are highly desirable.<br>
