<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">ERI is a uniquely attractive place to receive postdoctoral training in vision-related research, as training includes an immersion in Envision’s many resources in Wichita, Kansas,
which include a vision clinic, low vision rehabilitation services, early childhood development center, outreach and clinical education, and employment for the blind and visually impaired.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Applicants must hold a doctoral degree at the time of award (PhD, MD, OD, OTD, JD) in engineering, computer science, psychology, vision science, epidemiology, social sciences
or related fields. Awards are up to 2 years in duration. Training and research is conducted at ERI, however the fellow is encouraged to work with an external mentor and may travel to his/her mentor’s institution for up to 6 months each year.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
