A postdoctoral position is available in Rowan Candy’s lab at Indiana University to work on NIH-funded projects related to the interaction between ocular motor control and the development of visual perception. This work lies at the intersection of neuroscience, visual optics, sensation and perception and is performed in the context of both typical development and the management of strabismus and amblyopia.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The approaches available include eye-tracking (both mobile and desktop), eccentric photorefraction and large-field dichoptic rear-projection systems, with full access to a pediatric clinic. Applicants should have a background in at least a subset of psychophysics, eye-tracking, neuroscience, visual optics and/or clinical care and will have the opportunity to gain training in any of these. The initial appointment will be for one year, with the potential for renewal. The start date would be in 2018.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Indiana University provides world-class local resources in Bloomington in vision science, neuroscience and psychology with numerous opportunities for collaborative interactions. <a href="https://www.indiana.edu/about/index.html" class="">https://www.indiana.edu/about/index.html</a></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Interested applicants should send a CV and statement of interests to <a href="mailto:rcandy@indiana.edu" class="">rcandy@indiana.edu</a></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">.........................................................................................................................<br class="">T.
